Square sales, split as they happen
Each Square payment reaches Consignia within moments. The items on it go to their vendors, with your commission taken out.

- Returns void exactly the units that came back
- Typed-amount refunds wait for your call
- Outside sales from Etsy, eBay or a fair at the same split
Markdowns and pick-ups on a schedule
Set a markdown schedule once. Consignia changes prices in Square as items age, and lists unsold items for their vendor to collect.
- 20% off after 30 days, 40% after 60, or your own steps
- A price you changed by hand is left alone
- Vendors get one email with what changed
Markdowns and pick-up
Every item shows its days in store. Prices drop in your POS on schedule, then items are listed for pick-up.
Pay every vendor in one run
See who’s owed, pay them the way you do today, and record the whole run at once. Statements and balances update for every vendor.
- Hold new sales for your return window before they’re paid
- Receipts for every payout
- CSV and QuickBooks exports
Setting up Consignia on Square
