Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days with every feature. On Clover, the plan starts on your Clover bill when the trial ends. On Square, no card is needed until you subscribe.
Is the vendor portal extra?
No. Every vendor of your store gets it, included in the plan.
Are there per-vendor or per-sale fees?
No. One monthly price per store, whatever the number of vendors, items or sales.
How do I cancel?
On Clover, uninstall the app from your Clover dashboard. On Square, cancel from your billing page or disconnect Consignia in Square.
What happens to my records if I stop?
Your vendors keep read-only access to their statements in the portal, and you can export everything as CSV before you go.
