About Consignia
Clover and Square don’t know who owns each item, so consignment stores usually keep that in a spreadsheet next to the register. Consignia keeps it with the sales your POS already records.
Who makes it
Consignia is made for consignment shops, antique malls and booth-rental stores, and every feature comes from how those stores pay their vendors.
Questions, a feature you need or something that looks wrong: [email protected].
How your data is handled
- Your POS stays the source
- Consignia reads your Clover or Square items and sales. It changes your POS only for things you set up: new items, vendor items you approve, markdowns, photos and category links.
- Tokens are encrypted
- The keys that connect Consignia to your POS are encrypted at rest.
- Vendors see only their own
- A vendor sees their own sales, payouts and items. Never your notes, and never another vendor.
- Past statements don’t change
- Each sale is recorded with the vendor and commission in effect when it was rung up, so later edits never rewrite history.
- You can take it with you
- Sales reports, vendor statements and your items all export as CSV.
